Wow! What a service!2 weeks from order to fitting of the actual door, original lead time was (due to type of door) around 4 weeks!!!They got it fitted professionally, nice neat finish.They were on it from the word go!Great communication

Pros: They showed up quickly to measure, showed the design of the windows and provided different options to choose.Cons: They installed the porch upside down. They didn’t consider the threshold of bifold door and make the door much higher than the floor. The glass of the bifold door was wrong (they explained it’s because of computer bug), so we lived with wood board for one week. They installed the wrong hinge one one window, left labels inside the silicone. They tried to blame us and our builder and wanted to charge more for their fault. In the end, the problems were solved, but you had to fight with them and showed all the proof many times.With the bifold door design, we wanted to increase security, they provided the no external access option, with door handle outside design. We thought they would be door handle outside so we wouldn’t be locked in the garden if close the door. Then they wanted to charge over 10% percent of the bifold door price to install the door handle outside (which were on the design). In the end, we gave up on the ridiculous price to install the door handle.Overall, would recommend avoid this company.
